We ensure you the best quality and prints for our products; however, to err is human. If our product doesn’t serve you in terms of quality or expectations, you can get back to us for a return or exchange. But do ensure to follow the instructions in case, looking for a change.

Returns Without Damage

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

The product must be in the same condition you received, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging. Here are some of the conditions to make sure that the product is eligible for a return/exchange:

  • Make sure the product was purchased in the last 30 Days.
  • The product is unused (except for test fitting) and is in its original packaging with respective tags.
  • You’ll also need the receipt of the purchase.

To initiate a return or refund, you can mail us your concerns with complete order information at our official mailing address. Make sure to initiate this return/exchange process within 1-3 days of receiving the order. If your concern is genuine and accepted, we’ll send you a return/exchange shipping label. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The best way to ensure that you get the fastest product exchange is to contact us immediately at our mailing address. You can share the images via mail in case of any damage or defect. After the returned product is carefully reviewed, you can make a separate purchase for a new item of your choice.

Returns

After careful review of the item, we notify you of our decision if the product is eligible for return or not. Also, if the customer causes the damage due to washing or mishandling the product, the return will not be entertained. The money will be credited back to you on your original payment method if accepted. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
